Nothing here is a binding commitment, and it will be replaced before the game accepts real players.

Deleting a character

Character deletion is in the game itself, on the character-select screen. Deleting a character removes that character and its progress, inventory and position. Your account stays.

Deleting your account

The account panel can export your account data and request account deletion. Deleting an account removes the account record, its characters, its recovery email and its sign-in tokens.

What deletion does not reach

Two things survive on purpose, and both are ordinary for a multiplayer game. Operational logs age out on their own retention schedule rather than being erased on request, because they are what lets the server be run and kept safe. And anything you said to other players that they have already seen is theirs to remember; deletion removes it from our side, not from the world's memory of the conversation.
